Global Strolling with Kereru Publishing & Prayer Bench

This year’s Stroll invites you to explore the theme of Shelter — in all its forms: permanent, semi-permanent, or fleeting. A shelter is more than a structure; it’s a place to pause, notice, and rest. As the seasons shift around us, we’re invited to look outward at the changes unfolding in our part of the world — and inward, at what it means to be held, protected, and renewed.

Each day during the 21-day series, you’ll receive an email in your inbox with:

An inspiring photograph to help focus your attention
A thoughtful reflection on shelter in nature and in life
An engaging practice or question to accompany your walk or gaze outdoors

Whether you stroll on foot, by wheels or skateboard, or simply sit near a window with intention, you are part of a global community of walkers. Together we’ll reflect, notice, and share — shaped by the landscapes of Canada and New Zealand, and led by Janice Maclean and Caroline Bindon.

These reflections celebrate the senses, invite silence, and gently guide you to deeper presence with the world around you.

Individual Stroll registrations are $24 (NZD

Group Strolls are exclusively available through Kereru Publishing.

Gather together a group of three or more like minded friends or family and sign up for a group subscription. Each person in the group receives the same content as an individual subscription. After purchasing a group package, appoint a group co-ordinator. The group co-ordinator will be responsible for the sign up process for all group members and co-ordinating any shared group experiences as you Stroll together. Suggestions on how to enjoy and participate in Strolls in group setting will also be provided to group co-ordinators.

Group Stroll registrations are $60 (NZD) Group size is for 3 to 20 individuals. Add additional group members for $3 (NZD) each.

A combination group package for both Stroll and Rambles is also available

Stroll and Ramble package for group registrations are $100 (NZD) Group size is for 3 to 20 individuals. Add additional group members for $5 (NZD) each.
